Hi there, and welcome to Six String Academy! I’m excited to share my love of music with you. I’ve been a musician since I was 14, and what started as a hobby quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of performing at venues like Trumpets, the Prudential Center, NJPAC, and community theaters across the Tri-State Area. Each performance and collaboration with musicians from different genres has shaped who I am as both an artist and a teacher.

Teaching, though, is truly at the heart of what I do. For the past ten years, I’ve worked as a public school music teacher in an urban New Jersey community, helping students discover their creativity through guitar, contemporary music, music theory, and music appreciation. Watching students grow—finding their confidence, their sound, and their excitement for music—is one of the most rewarding parts of my day.

I also continue to perform, and I love bringing those real-world experiences back into my lessons. I believe music should feel inspiring, approachable, and fun, whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or preparing for a big audition.

At Six String Academy, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you grow into the musician you want to become. I can’t wait to be part of your musical journey.
